Eduard JORDI

General managing partner

Degree in Administration and Business Management. Sworn auditor-censor of accounts with several masters and postgraduate degrees.
Professor at the University of Andorra and the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Andorra in economic and fiscal matters.
It has been part of OCPS since its establishment. He has previously held various managerial positions in the Andorran banking sector and has worked in a “Big Four” auditing company in Spain.
Entrepreneur and businessman. Co-author of the Book “Fiscalitat d’Andorra”. Current dean of the official college of economists of Andorra.

Jordi CASTRO

Managing partner of the accounting area

Graduated in Business Administration and Management.
He has worked in the audit and accounting areas of different Andorran private entities.
It has been part of OCPS since its constitution.

Sergi COLELL

Managing partner of the tax area

Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management.
Specialized in international taxation and taxation of athletes.
Professor at the University of Andorra and the Chamber of Commerce.
Experience in a leading tax office in Barcelona.
More than 10 years of experience in tax advice in the Principality of Andorra. He has been part of OCPS for more than 10 years.
Co-author of the Book “Fiscalitat d’Andorra”.

Jordi CAMP

Audit Manager

He holds a Degree in Business Administration and Management (University of Barcelona) and a Post Graduate Degree in Auditing from the Bosch i Gimpera Foundation of the University of Barcelona.
He has worked as an auditor at KPMG Spain and in Andorra during the period 1999-2015, reaching the position of Senior Audit Manager, specialized in the tourism, leisure and services sectors. In 2016, he joined Crowe Andorra as Director of the Advisory and Audit Department. From 2019 to 2022, he was financial director of the Júlia Perfumeries Group. In December 2022, he joined OCPS Auditors where he held the position of Audit Director.

Maria Rosa VERGÉS

Director of administration and compliance

Higher degree in business administration and management. Postgraduate degree in accounting and management control.
Icecom International Compliance Certification (ASCOM – Spanish Compliance Association).
He has experience in Andorran private companies where he has held positions of responsibility in different management areas.
